Turki Alrajhi

Chairman

Turki AlRajhi serves as Chairman of the Board of BATAC Investment and Logistics Services, and also holds the position of Vice Chairman of Dukhon, in addition to being a Board Member at Saudi Cable Company. He is an active investor in public equity markets, with influential ownership stakes in companies across various industrial and consumer sectors.

He previously worked in credit management at Alinma Bank and The Saudi Investment Bank.

Turki holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Regent’s University London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University.

Abdulrahman Al Rashed

CEO and Vice Chairman

Abdulrahman Al-Rashed is an asset management executive who previously worked at Alpha Capital, where he led several private equity and real estate investment transactions across multiple sectors.

Prior to that, Abdulrahman served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising prominent public and private sector institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and across the GCC. He also worked as an investment professional at Petiole Asset Management, a New York–based private investment firm.

Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor’s degree from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Abdulaziz Alseif, CFA

Board Member

Abdulaziz Al-Seif is the founder, board member, and Chief Portfolio Officer of Sab’ein Investment, a CMA-licensed investment management company.

Abdulaziz previously served as Investment Director at GIB Capital. After joining as a Portfolio Manager in 2016, he established the multi-asset portfolios and also oversaw equity portfolios. Prior to joining Gulf International Bank, Abdulaziz worked as a financial analyst at Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia. He began his professional career at The Saudi British Bank as a dealer in capital markets and investments.

Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and he is a CFA Institute charterholder.
